A 2013 graduate of Flower Mound High school and a 4 year member of the Jaguar Varsity Wrestling Team, Scott finished his career with a record of 197-17. He was a 4 time state placer receiving a 4thplace finish, two 2nd place finishes and a state title.

My name is Ashley Akers and I am the Nutritionist at ELITE Nutrition and Wellness. Proper nutrition is a vital part of a healthy lifestyle. My personal approach to nutrition focuses of fueling the body with clean, nutrient dense foods that allow the body to perform at an optimal level.
Lets fact it, yoga just gets a bad rap. Many only think of burning incents, flexibility, something about breathing, with silly hand postures and chakras!
Which is what makes yoga so unique. With so many different styles it can be a restorative practice or it can be the hardest workout you’ve ever experienced and any place in between.
