Performance Testing

 A series of sport specific tests that assess the athletes strength, speed, power, agility, conditioning.  Testing is done over 2, 45min. –  1 hour training sessions.  Performance testing is done at the beginning and throughout the course of an athlete’s training progression.  

 One time performance testing without program, $70
